// agent setup

Your own agent setup, on your server

If you want this on your own machine, I can set it up for you: Claude Code, Codex and GLM through opencode, the Stop hook, the limit guard, and the Search Console warehouse. Plus the prompts I use every day. Tell me what you run, and I'll send you a plan and a price.

Runs on your server. Nothing runs on mine. There is no price on this page because the setup depends on what you already have.

In the box

  • The agents. Claude Code, Codex and GLM, wired through opencode so they share one way of working.
  • The Stop hook. Stops Claude Code from stopping halfway through a job.
  • The limit guard. Compact at 300k context instead of 1M, plus a daily check of what your weekly Claude limit has left.
  • The Search Console to BigQuery warehouse. Every day of search data stays stored, instead of Google's 16 months.
  • The prompts. The ones that run here daily, with advice on bending them to your own work.

Built for people who run agents on real work

You have sites, a shop, or content that agents handle: writing, monitoring, fixes, deploys. You would rather take the setup that already runs every day on my box than stitch one together from blog posts. And you are fine with it running on a server you pay for, because the data stays yours.

This is a server setup. You (or someone on your side) can open a terminal and paste a few commands. If that sounds miserable, it probably is not for you yet.

// from form to running setup

Three steps, then it runs on your box

1

You tell me what you run

How many sites or projects, which agents you use now, and what you want out of it. The form below takes a few minutes.

2

You get a plan and a price

I read every submission myself and mail you back a plan that fits what you run, with the price in it.

3

I set it up with you

The agents, the Stop hook, the limit guard and the warehouse go on your server. You get the prompts and a walkthrough of what runs where.

Where the numbers come from

Two videos show the parts working on my own box, with my own counts. No polished demos.

Tell me what you run

A few fields, then the plan comes by mail. The more honest the "what do you run" part, the better the plan fits.

Number of sites or projects, which agents you already use, and who works with them.

No newsletter. One mail with a plan and a price.

What does it cost?

There is no price on this page on purpose. What the setup costs depends on what you run and what state it is in, so I send a plan with a price after I read your form. If the plan does not fit, you have lost nothing but the two minutes it took to fill in.

Still deciding?

Watch the two videos first. If the way that box runs makes sense to you, the form takes a few minutes.
