Interpretation

Words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

• "Service" refers to the website and API services.
• "Templates" refers to any video generation templates available on the platform.
• "Subscription" refers to the recurring payment plan for accessing our services.
• "You" means the individual accessing or using the Service.
• "Company" refers to Samautomation.work.

Please note the following key points about our refund policy:

• Templates purchased are non-refundable.
• API usage and credits are non-refundable.
• Subscription plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• No refunds will be issued for the remaining days in your current billing period.
• You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid period.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

While we maintain a no-refund policy, we may consider exceptions in the following cases:

• Unauthorized charges or billing errors
• Extended service outages (more than 24 hours)
• Legal requirements

Each case will be reviewed individually, and any refunds granted will be at the sole discretion of Samautomation.work.
