SamAutomation

Your media and this connection

SamAutomation uses the media links, captions and settings you explicitly provide to produce your requested video. The assistant can read your account allowance and your own render history. It cannot read another account or retrieve API keys.

Where the files go

Source files are downloaded into a temporary job directory on our video worker. Media processing runs with restricted file and network access. The finished MP4 is stored through our existing storage service and served through our media domain. These are shareable URLs: anyone with a URL can retrieve the file. Do not submit confidential media that requires a private download link.

Temporary copies are deleted when the worker finishes, including handled failures. A hard worker interruption may leave a temporary directory until support removes it. Render records, source URLs, captions and output files follow the existing account retention; contact support to request deletion. A minimal request-code record remains while the account exists to prevent duplicate renders.

Permissions and recipients

The assistant provider receives tool results, including render status and the final download link. Our hosting and storage providers process the media. We do not pass API keys, passwords or the full chat history to the renderer. Existing account notifications may send a completion or failure email.

OAuth tokens expire after one hour; refresh access lasts up to 30 days. Revoke the connection to remove its tokens and pending authorization grants. Revocation stops new API access; it does not cancel a render you already confirmed or revoke a shared MP4 link.
